The Georgetown Journal of International Law is one of the nation’s top resources for scholars and practitioners in the field of international law. Formerly known as Law and Policy in International Business, the Journal publishes one issue annually on the topic of International Trade. In the other three issues of each volume, the Journal publishes a diverse range of material in the fields of public international law, private international law, transnational law, and comparative law. In addition to its publications, the Journal sponsors an annual symposium on a topic of current prominence; recent topics have included Economic Sanctions, Corporate Responsibility and the Alien Tort Statute, International Cyberlaw, and Sovereign Wealth Funds.
